Calculation Question
 
Ok here goes I have to calulate this for a month and can not come up with how
to do it so any help will be great.

Dept Ansd Calls Average time to Answer
2 247 0:00:06
3 133 0:00:33
4 59 0:00:08
5 586 0:00:32
6 3202 0:01:25
totals: 4227
I need an average time the total calls were answered in
I think I am dense but can not come up with a calculation

Calculation Question
 
One way:

=SUMPRODUCT(B2:B6,C2:C6)/SUM(B2:B6)

Format the result as time.

add up("Ansd Calls" times "Average time to Answer") for all the dept and
then divide by the total "Ansd Calls"

Assuming the numbers are in column B and the times (minutes:seconds) are in
column C:

=SUMPRODUCT(B2:B6,C2:C6)/SUM(B2:B6)

formatted as [mm]:ss this will display as:

01:10
