I work at a call center and I have reps who have answered 3147 calls
yesterday with an average of 33 secs before answering the call. How would I get total call time with hours, minutes and seconds? Seems like it should be so easy and maybe my brain is not working today but I can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated -- Mary C |

You didn't give us anything to calculate the amount of call time from.
Only thing that can be calculated from what you gave is the total time people had to wait to talk to an operator. PS. Divide seconds by 60 to get minutes and divide minutes by 60 to get hours. Your brain is probably working just fine. There is not enough information to
answer the question. Consider the case in which only 1 question was answered, with 33 seconds before the call was taken. We still don't know how long the call lasted. You can estimate the answer if you also have the number of people taking the calls. -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200783 "Mary C" wrote: I work at a call center and I have reps who have answered 3147 calls yesterday with an average of 33 secs before answering the call.
