Default Starting and Stopping excel from command line.

I have found how to start Excel 2007 from the command line. However, I need
to start it minimised. How do i do this?
I also need to shut down Excel 2007 from the command line. How do i do this?

I found the solution for stopping Excel - Alt F4
Still need the code for minimize
