Default User name in excel groups

Hi everybody
I have seen Gary"s student reply to Danna suggestion regarding the list of
"MY Discussion threads".
1) How can i check all my questions and answers using my user id in groups?
2) How do i know my user id?

Default User name in excel groups

Goto Google Groups
Where it says: Explore Groups, type in Excel and hit enter
Scroll down about half way and find: microsoft.public.excel.misc
Click on that link and you'll see your post
Click on your post and beside your name you'll see: View Profile
Click on View Profile and there will be all your posts.

excel-community previously. thanks alot.
