Default Missing content in MS Excel2k7 after highlighted, it appear!

Open excel speadsheet file(save from Excel2k3).
When insert a row in the mid of the sheet.
The content in the cell below disappear.
But once you use mouse to highlight onto that cell, the text appear.
Please advised.
