I have a .xls spreadsheet with several thousand client comments. I would
like to search specific key words/phrases that appear throughout the comments to discover what they are saying collectively about our "customer service", "payment plans", "support", etc. I can use Edit--Find--All to get a pop up in which I can type a key word/phrase and produce a list of the cells containing the key words/phrase I am searching, and I can scroll through the list to see them one-by-one, but I would like to export or group those specific cells with together into another spreadsheet so I can work them separately as a subset with a common theme. How can I do that??? |
