Default Finding and grouping cells with similar subject matter

Have you tried using Autofilter? From the drop-down you can select
Custom and then you have options like "contains", or "begins with" and
you can enter a phrase.

You can then highlight the visible rows and copy just those to another
sheet, and repeat this for other phrases.

Hope this helps.

I have a .xls spreadsheet with several thousand client comments. *I would
like to search specific key words/phrases that appear throughout the comments

I can use Edit--Find--All to get a pop up in which I can type a key
word/phrase and produce a list of the cells containing the key words/phrase I
am searching, and I can scroll through the list to see them one-by-one, but I
would like to export or group those specific cells with together into another
spreadsheet so I can work them separately as a subset with a common theme. *
How can I do that???
