Highlight all the data, then click <copy. Move your cursor to a cell
outside the range occupied by the current data (eg to row 74) and click on Edit | Paste Special | Transpose (check) | OK then <Esc. If you are happy that you have ended up with what you wanted, then you can delete the original 73 rows. Hope this helps.
