Is there a way to change the Font or color on the title of a file or Folder?

hi..... use this.......... i think it works.
right click on desktop and select properties--appearence Then click on Advance. click on title bar of "message box" and change the preferences given below. Changing File Title Fonts
I was looking to distinguish folders in the same directory with different
fonts and colors. Not just change them all to the same. Example: In a folder I have 3 files i want to distinguish differently. File 1 - Make this title red File 2 - make this title Bold and Blue File 3 - Make this title Green and another type font. That's a function of the operating system. You will need a 3rd party
