Default 2 .xlsx open 1 protected WB x button does not work

Hello-

I am using Windows XP, SP2, with Office 2007 Professional Plus, with SR1.
When I open 2 .xlsx documents and protect one of the workbooks, the x button
in the upper right of the protected WB does not work. It will not close the
document. If I closed the unprotected workbook first using the x button,
then the protected workbook x button will now close the document. If both
workbooks are protected, like I am accustomed to doing, the the x button will
not close either workbook.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a MS bug? Is there a fix??

Thank you,
Suzanne
