Hello, I have a spreadsheet with numerous tabs at the bottom. If I am looking
at a particular cell is there a way to go directly to the cell that is referenced. For example, if I am on cell A11 on the tab named Sheet1 and that cell's formula is =Sheet21!C13 is there a shortcut that will get me to that cell without having to search through the tabs? Thanks for any information! |

Only if you want to name all the referenced cells.
I hope you haven't got too many. Name them for instance sheet21C13 without the ! You can then select the name from the dropdown right next to the formula bar. -- Greetings from New Zealand "BoB" wrote in message ... Hello, I have a spreadsheet with numerous tabs at the bottom. hi
another way....a tad machanical but..... copy the forumla in the formula bar(not the cell), hit enter. press F5 to bring up the goto box. paste the formula in the reference box at the bottom. if a number appears instead of the formula....start over otherwise... click ok. regards FSt1 "BoB" wrote: Hello, I have a spreadsheet with numerous tabs at the bottom.
