I have a column of reference data that is the calculation of percentages
based on two other columns. I need to change the percentage column to actual data instead of refernce data so i can sort by the percentages. |

I think you mean that you want to fix the values. Highlight the column
containing the percentage calculations and click <copy. Then click on Edit | Paste Special | Values (check) | OK then <Esc. This will have converted the formulae into the actual values, so you can now sort the data. Hope this helps.
