Default How do I change reference data to numbers?

I think you mean that you want to fix the values. Highlight the column
containing the percentage calculations and click <copy. Then click on
Edit | Paste Special | Values (check) | OK then <Esc. This will have
converted the formulae into the actual values, so you can now sort the
data.
