Several days ago, I discovered that hyperlinks in a workbook (with lots of
code) was updaing the links on Save. Once I realized the issue and the fix,
I did this

On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. Click the General tab.
3. Click Web Options.
4. Click the Files tab.
5. Click to clear the Update Links on Save check box.
6. Click OK.

Today, I find that the Update Links on Save checkbox is re-enabled.
Shouldn't it have stayed off? What would cause it to turn back on? And
what do I need to do to ensure this doesn't change again?
