Default HELP 4 possible conditions?

Here is my criteria:

80% (cell is green)

60 - 80%(cell is yellow)
< 60%(cell is red)

each cell is populated via link to another workbook cell. If the cell had
"NA" how do either make that cell Grey or at least void the green/yellow/red
criteria?

From conditional format u can use 3 condition and for NA -- put the
default color grey for cells.
