Separate Window/Instance Per Excel File
In Excel 2003, go to Tools-Options. On the View tab, check the "Windows In
Taskbar" option. HTH. -- Gemini "shollomon" wrote: I want each file to open in its own exclusive window by default? I don't want them in the same workspace (I prefer to manage windows with the desktop as opposed to the application). I have seen suggestions that appending "%1" to the string in File Type will make this happen in XP, but you can't edit file types in detail in Vista. How can I make this happen in Vista. Its a major annoyance to me. |
