Does anybody have the excel formula for CAGR?

or
=(EndValue/StartValue)^(1/Year*s)

Don,

If you wanted the CAGR wouldn't you apend a -1 to your formula?
=(EndValue/StartValue)^(1/3)-1
e.g (15000/10000)^(1/3)-1 = 14.47%
otherwise you get 114.47%.

Maybe just another way to look at it?
