Default Excel Title Bar Glitch

When I open Word 07 or Excel 07 from Office 07 Enterprise edition (Windows
XP), I get a ghost title bar above the normal title bars for these programs.
It appears to just be dead space, where I can't make any changes whatsoever.
At times, it will almost look like the min/max/close buttons from Windows
95... it's a strange occurrence that only happens if the programs are opened
as maximized. This is not an issue when the programs are opened at a smaller
size. Anyone else experiencing this, or know how to fix this?
