Dynamic Comments without Gaps in between
hello all,
I have a 1 page summary for 1000 items. At any one time you are looking at information on 1 of these items. Up to four comments apply to any of these items. What I would like to do is list the comments so that only the ones that apply are listed and there are no gaps in between. Also, there are certain portions of the one page summary that will need a footnote if a specific one of the comments is applicable and shown below. Ideally, there is a way to list the comments in order 1,2,3 even if it is comment 1 comment 3 and comment 4 and make the footnotes on the one page summary consistent with how the comments are labled. Any ideas would be helpful. I figured a workable way to make sure there are no gaps between the comments, however, not how to footnote the applicable parts of the page. Regards, |
