Can you open a new workbook at the same time as the existing one? If
so, then you could put a formula in the new book along the lines of: =[filename1.xls]Sheet1!A1 in cell A1, where you are bringing the data from your VLOOKUP formulae, and then copy this down. Then you can try to fix values in the new workbook (you can close the first workbook once you have put the formulae in the second). Hope this helps.
