Hi everyone
I having difficulty with calculating fields in a pivot table. The scenario I have is I have the following set-up: Data Rel Month Product Name Count of Rel Month Avg Cycle Time Jul-07 Isot 40 2 9 Jul-07 Total 2 9 Aug-07 Isot 20 6 12 Aug-07 Isot 40 1 20 Aug-07 Total 7 (forgot??) etc... What I need is a column in the pivot table to give me the avg cycle time/product/month ie: Jul-07 Isot 40 (Avg Cycle Time/Count of Rel Month) = 9/2 = 4.5 Aug-07 Isot 20 = 12/6 = 2 Aug-07 Isot 4 = 20/1 = 20 etc... I tried adding a calculated field =Avg Cycle Time/Count Rel Month but I got really weird figures. Thanks so much, Silena |
