Because of the limited fields for a Data Form, it appears that I have to
create an Excel form. I cannot find a source for how to do this. I've set up the entry info on one tab, have the fields for the data on another tab. What do I need to do to be able to move from record to record in the entry tab and do other things similar to an Access form? -- TDay |

John Walkenbach has an enhanced data form:
http://j-walk.com/ss/dataform/index.htm And the source code is available for a small fee ($20 USA, IIRC). And if that's not sufficient, then maybe you could design your own input userform. The second site was helpful, but I am concerned about a comment on John's
page. What did he mean by "which is not even part of the user interface in Excel 2007". Data|Form isn't built into the ribbon. But you can add it to the QAT (quick
access toolbar). The QAT is kind of the same thing as a toolbar in xl2003. I don't think you'd have trouble using John's enhanced data form. Very helpful, Thanks. From the posts, I think the form can use code to move
