When I print from Excel, the text more and more is printing over the cell
border above it, the further down it is. How do I prevent this from happening? K |

Download and install a newer printer driver from the printer
manufacturers web site. Or sometimes with HP printers, you may elect to disable "Advanced Printing features" in Printing Preferences, and that will "cure" the issue. kesdex wrote: When I print from Excel, the text more and more is printing over the cell border above it, the further down it is. I had this problem also. This is how I solved it: go to File, Print, click
the drop down for the printer, choose "CutePDF Writer", click O.K. save this to your desktop and print from there. "kesdex" wrote: When I print from Excel, the text more and more is printing over the cell border above it, the further down it is. How do I prevent this from happening? K |

Thanks!!! I appreciate the help! I was able to disable the advanced printing
features and it fixed the problem! Mari-Ellen, I tried your suggestion too but it's a work PC and printer, so I didn't have the print option you mentioned.
