The problem I have is with subtotals and the summarization labels that appear
on the left. In most cases these labels appear but a few times they have not. The labels allow for viewing of the detail, summary or grand total. Why does this happen and how do I make them appear? |

The problem is most likely that the spreadsheet you are using has the option
to view outline symbols unchecked. Here's how you fix it: On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the View tab. Select the Outline symbols check box. Click 'OK' If the symbols still aren't visible or readable, use the Zoom box on the Standard toolbar to change the magnification to 100%. -- Marty "KJ2" wrote: The problem I have is with subtotals and the summarization labels that appear on the left.
