Default Ranges within Conditional Formatting

Within a cell, thisis basically what I want to do but am having trouble:
if the value is between 95-100 background = green
else if value is between (90-95) or between (100-105) background = yellow
else if value is <90 OR 105) background = red

Any ideas?
