Default Excel - what happened to Web/Refresh?

I used to use the Refresh function in the old Web Toolber (Excel 2003) to
refresh documents.

Where can I find this function in Excel 2007? (even F5 doesn't do it now... )

Data Tab, Connections Group, Refresh button
or use Alt+F5
