I'm compiling a spreadsheet with an ever changing list of names. I need to be
able to take the list of user ids and separate them into categories, and how many are in each category. I do have a list of each of the ids that I have on the sheet where the graph will be populated and 2 other sheets where the info is stored. I need help with a formula. Im all out of ideas. My problem is that I can not make it do it for a list of names, but I do not have a problem when its only 1 name. Please any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks |

Despite repeating your post a second time, it still doesn't make much
sense to me. Please try to describe what you have (in terms of data, cells used etc) and what you want to achieve. List also what you have tried already and describe what happened if it didn't work.
