Default Possible to create formula columns within Pivot Tables?

Hello,

Is it possible to insert formula columns into a Pivot Table? If you have
counts of insurance quotes and bound policies within the same Pivot Table,
could you have another formula column within the Pivot table to show the
percentage of quotes that have become policies?

We're currently adding another column to the right of the Pivot table, but
this is clumsy, and this added column easily falls out of alignment with the
Pivot table, depending on how many records you have from one data Refresh to
another.

Thank you.
