Default Excel 07: Copying data between tabs in a workbook (automatically)

Let me see if I can explain this. I have 8 tabs in my workbook. All tabs
are formatted the same but contain data for different states. Each tab has
65 columns and over 200 rows of data (and increasing). I need a way to
automatically copy an entire row of data and append it to existing rows on a
9th tab, based on value in the source row.
