Default sum

I am in first tab(named Texas) and I need to add same
cell c16 from each of 28 tab with different name.Is there
a way to add value of cell 16 from each 28 tabs instead
of going and adding individually.

If they are in an ordered set

=SUM(Anderson:Wood!C16)

In the cell where you want the total, type:

=SUM(

Then click the tab for the first sheet to be included, then click cell C16.
Hold the Shift key and click the tab for the last sheet to be included, then
press Enter.
