Default PAYROLL CALCULATION

Assuming your values are in NUMBER (or GENERAL) format: ( 8 not 8:00)

Try these:

S8 = reg hours

=MIN(SUM(E8:K8),40)

T8 = OT hours

=MAX(SUM(E8:K8)-40,0)
