If you are talking about adding a dropdown list to an individual cell,
you can do this by going to DataValidation.

In the screen, under validation criteria and 'Allow:' choose list.
From here you can then specify where the list of data resides in your
workbook that you want to appear in the dropdown list.

Otherwise (If you are creaing a userform) as capt said I would look
into comboboxes. They would take a little more explaining on here,
but there are some really good resources on the net about their use
with VBA.
