Default Help again

Hi,

I'm working on a spreadsheet whereby a list of engine parts are listed along
with quantities in stock - basically a stock check.

I have formulas in place and conditional formatting to show which items need
to be reordered - is there any way to automatically create another sheet that
will list all items that need to be re-ordered, along with part numbers etc
and minimum order quantities?

Basically, instead of me typing out from a very long list which items i need
to reorder, i'd like the spreadsheet to list the items based on a
differential between current stock and minimum stock quantities.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike

Use Advanced filter to extract the data to another sheet.
Whatever is your criterion for setting the colour, should be used as the
criterion for extracting the data.

take a look at Debra Dalgleish's site for more help on this.
