Using Excel 2000 I made a spreadsheet that tracks a colletion of comic books.
I one cell with each book I have inserted a hyperlink to a scan of the cover of the book. The scans are stored on a second hard drive in my computer. I would like those pictures to open with Picture and Fax Viewer and in fact until recently they did. Now for some reason the pictures are opening with Internet Explorer. I have checked the file association for .jpg files and made sure that those files are associated with Picture and Fax Viewer. When I open the files directly from Windows Explorer Picture and Fax Viewer opens them. I have tried adding new links with both the INSERT:HYPERLINK command and the HYPERLINK formula, both open the pictures with IE Any idea how I can get Excel to go back to opening the pictures with Window and Fax viewer? Thanks |
