Default Link Password Protected Workbooks

I have 21 password protected Excel 2003 workbooks for employees in the
Department to update their daily work. Each workbook contains 12
spreadsheets (one tab for each month). I created a master spreadsheet from
the linked data in each employees workbook for the supervisor with summary
data, graphs and charts. After I completed January, I tried copying the tab
to update for February. When I do €śfind and replace€ť, I must type in each
employees password for each cell as it replaces the month in the formula.
How can I duplicate the Master (January) tab for the other 11 months without
typing the password in every cell?

A cell formula is:

='J:\Field Division Share Files\Commercial\Commercial Bi-Monthly Reports -
2008\[Bi-Monthly Report Alvarado.xls]JAN'!D6

I assume there must be a trick to go in and change the formula, in this
sample JAN' to FEB'. There are thousands of cells, so it is too time
consuming to type passwords in each cell. There must be some way around this.
HELP!!

If you open those other 21 other workbooks (readonly so that others can still
use them), you won't see the prompt for the password.
