Default sums

Ok I have a weight in column D4 and a quantity of that item weight in A4 that
I want the total weight in column E4 how do i get this

then I have an item price in column F4 and a quantity amount in A4 that I
want the total cost in column G4 how do i get this. can any one please help
me I have been trying this all day with no success and its driveing me crazy
can any one help me be able to accomplish this PLEASE
