Repeat headers only when data existss
I am trying to create an invoice in Excel. The invoice consists of 3 sections:
Header info (cust name, address, etc) Body (where the amounts owing is displayed - with the following column headers Invoice #, Due date, currency, amount owing) Footer info (instructions for payment, closing comments, page #, etc) My problem is that I am importing data (of varying amounts) into the body section and I want the column headers for the body section to repeat on each additional page... but only if there is invoice data on the last page. If the last page break occurs in the middle of the footer info, I do not want the column headers to repeat. Any suggestions? |

Have you tried the Print titles option, accessed via Page Setup (in Vs2007)?
That will provide a way for you to select a row or range of rows to include into the header part of the invoice so that it is repeated on each page. So, from what you are saying, you'd want to select just the row that holds the body headers and they will be repeated on each page once data flows to the next page. Rob "jhouse" wrote in message ...
