Default Patterns in graphic fills not available in Excel 07?

You can't access the patterns directly through the user interface, but it's
still available if you do your own programming. Andy Pope wrote an add-in
based on this availability:

you had to do black/white printing. I can't find the option in 2007. Isn't
available as a Themes option nor in Chart Element options. Is it no longer
