Default macro help

In one column I should ahve a structure like teh below
name
task1
...subtask 1
....subtask n
task2
....subtask 1
....subtask n

here from a header which is al ist(header name is assigned to) i should
choose a name and based on the name , details shud be filled in from another
sheet say Sheet1. So from A1 we take inputs say assigned to which is in col
A(which is displayed as a drop down header in Sheet2), tasks and subtasks
are in column B .

All taht i want to do is when i select a name, I should be able to see the
tasks and subtasks under taht name in one column say A in sheet2.
For a given name mandatorily i shud see two headings below the name as task1
and task2 . however below the task1 and task 2 theer can be any number of
subtasks as teh sheet1 is dynamic in rows.... Can anyone please helpme how to
do this using macro or VBA. thsiis urgent ...
