Pascale

There are many good French to English dictionaries on the 'net

If you would feel more comfortable there are also French Excel news groups.

Change your news reader to Outlook Express and use msnews.microsoft.com as
server

Back to your "How-to create a form"(Encarta French/English translation of
Formulaire)

What type of form?

A workbook/sheet fill-in form with questions and somewhere for answers? You
attach the workbook to an email and send it. The recipients open and fill in
then save and send back to you.

Would work fine if all the the recipients have Excel on their computers.

If not, what then?

Send an email of your form as the body of the email? Users fill it out and
email back to you?

Hi again,
so i would like to use the form format where all recipients use excel. All
employees have it. As you put it, I would use:
A workbook/sheet fill-in form with questions and somewhere for answers? You
attach the workbook to an email and send it. The recipients open and fill in
then save and send back to you.

Sounds like a plan to me.

You will need some way to gather the answers from the various workbooks that
have been sent out and returned.

Most likely a Master with links to the others.
