Default Viewing the worksheets

Is there a way that I could see a list of all the worksheets in my workbook?
If there is can I use this to list to select a worksheets?
I am interested in being able to view these without expanding/contracting
the scroll bar at the bottom.

hi
right click on the sheet navigator at the lower left of the screen. you will
get a popup listing all your sheets. click on one to go to it. if you have
more that 15 sheets, you will see an entry in the popup "more sheets". click
it and you will get a popup text box with scroll bar. click one to go to it.

You may want to try this from Debra Dalgleish's site:
