Default Seperating Workbooks So I Can View Side by side

I tend to open several workbooks and reference back and forth to data I have
compiled in each so that I can copy or verify the correct information. I
like to view them side by side.

However on 2007 when I click on a work book it groups them all to the same
window.

How can I separate these? If i go to change the window view it will
reorganize all my windows. And I like to resize and move them around myself.
