Default Converting weeks to periods

I have a spreadsheet populated with part # usage per week for a whole year.

Weekly Usage
Part #'s Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 .... Week 52
D08... 2 7 8 22

Is there a way to convert the weeks (52) into periods (12), so Weeks 1-4
data populates into Period 1, Weeks 5-8 into Period 2, etc?

Thanks,
BAS

Maybe something like just adding 12 (or 13) columns to the right of your data
with formulas in each to sum up the 4 relative cells, like

=sum(b2:e2) for period one, =sum(f2:I2) for period 2, etc etc......these can
then be copied down as far as needed..........
