I made a dumb mistake - I password protected a few
worksheets in a workbook so other people could not make changes and I forgot the password - Now I cannot make changes. Is there any way of copying these sheets into another workbook and start from scratch? I attempted to copy one through Edit Move or Copy Sheet and the Move or Copy Sheet is grayed out. PLEASE HELP - My boss is going to stangle me. Thank you |

Karen
If "move or copy" is grayed out, sounds to me like you also have the workbook protected under ToolsProtectionProtect Workbook. If just the sheet was protected, you could still "move or copy" it. Perhaps two passwords required in this case? Either way, see RD's post for a link.
