Default How do I change how a file is inserted into outlook?

Currently the insert is put in a seperate window and I want to insert where
the curser is.

If you change your composition to HTML (under the Format menu, IIRC), I think
that the attachment goes where the cursor is.

If you don't get a definitive response, you may want to post in one of the
Outlook newsgroups down the hall a bit.
