Default Establishing Annual Leave Entitlement

Its that time of year when i need to work the teams annual leave entitlement
and i was wondering if i could set up an excel template to do this.

do a vlookup on a range that has years employed in one column and hours (or
days) of leave entitled in the other column.
subtract today from employment start date to get length of time employed
