how do i change my screen when it displays sideways
One of the kids was using the computer and "suddenly" the screen now displays
sideways. He has no idea, of course, how it happened. What do I do to right the screen. Thanks |

Does only Excel displays sideways? Or do other applications, desktop, etc

Try Ctrl-Alt-up arrow

Hey Ed, I was freaking out thinking that I had a virus or something on my computer, my wife is out of town and would have killed me when she came back if the screen stayed sideways. Ctl-Alt + the arrow keys orient the screen in different directions on some
computers. Either your child hit it accidentally and couldn't figure out what happened, or he/she was having a little fun at your expense. Thankfully I don't have this feature with my video card.
