Default Time formula

I am trying to create a formula wherein I can enter time started, 1:00:00 and
time finished, 2:00:00, and then multiply this total by a dollar fee. Any
help would be appreciated

Default Time formula

If your dollar rate in B1 is per hour, and your start and finish times in A1
and A2, then =(A2-A1)*24*B1
Format the result as General or Number, not as Time.
