I want to clear all data entered into individual data cells but not the
formulas in other cells with out clearing each data cell one at a time.

If I'm understanding what you want to do, there are a couple of ways you can
do this. You can hold down your mouse and highlight the different cells you
want to clear, then right click them and choose to delete, or just push
delete on your keyboard.... Or you can can individually click each cell you
want to clear while holding down the Ctrl button on the keyboard. When you
have all of the ones highlighted that you want to clear, just push delete on
your keyboard, or right-click and choose to delete.
