My office 2007 live preview function is not working. Know why??

Office Button, Excel Options, Popular, Top options for working with Excel.

My office 2007 live preview function is not working. Know why
My live preview is also not working, and is in fact greyed out so I am not
able to enable this feature. I had a complaint from a user and was able to resolve it for them by using a new profile. Repair/diagnostics made no difference and I found this support article but it is not my issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925191 This suggests that maybe an application installed on these computers - like "Live Meeting" or "Communicator" is disabling the animations.
